"I got size 6 boots for Christmas. I usually take size 5. These boots still cut off my circulation. The store assistant, perhaps owner, didn’t want to know about it. There were zero size 7 ladies boots in the shop. He offered me men’s boots that were double the price. I admit it had been 5 weeks since the purchase. Had wanted to buy from a local small shop such as this. Not happy with the service at all."
