"It's a pity that I had to click 1 star to post a review here. I would have given a minus rating. My Mom was 81 today, so we decided to have a 2 day stay in Ennis. The shop had beautiful shoes and bags but we were looking for a specific colour to complement a wedding outfit. They didn't have anything that suited, so we were leaving when the shop assistant said excuse me but is that 1 of our handbags? Which meant she was accusing us of theft! I was carrying my Mom's bag. Myself and my 2 sisters work in retail and there are better ways of phrasing things. Embarrassed and humiliated."
