"Went to till with 2 hoodie tops both clearly marked €6. Upon checking receipt before leaving I discovered I was charged €7.50 for 1 of them! Clearly marked by a member of staff €6 as were all the rest. Pointed it out to cashier & he explained THEIR new policy is if it's marked at 1 price and it scans differently regardless of the price being over or under charged that's the price, end of story! This happened to me a month or 2 before and the management were not interested in the fact that the item was priced cheaper than it was scanning. Wouldn't entertain it! So this time manager was called she told me she'd be back in a minute I went after her and every item was priced at €6. I took a picture of it as this time I was ready for the BS! She apologised and refunded me the difference. This is clearly a common problem "computer says no" STOP LETTING MACHINES DICTATE They are imputted by people and we all know people make mistakes. New policy is completely unworkable unless you guys are on top of your pricing which you are Not!"
