"Very unhappy with your customer service in one of the Hugo Boss stores in Kildare Village. Im a regular customer and had to experience not so nice experience trying to refund the jacket which was purchased online ( it did state I can return to Hugo Shop in Kildare Village). It doesn’t cost anything to be nice and explain the customer that it’s a mistake online and I can’t return it there. The girl at the till was very rude and wouldn’t listen at all. You should train your staff how to treat the customers. Yous are selling posh clothes but the service is very poor."
