"Terrible experience, my girlfriend and I traveled from Cork to Kildare, we entered the shop around 6:30 and started browsing, when we were done and brought the items to the counter to pay, the lady said that it’s 6:59 and she can’t place it in the system because they close at 7. The system shuts down, she said. How about telling us this 5 minutes earlier ? How about When we enter the shop? How about putting a big red timer on the wall ?"

"I have shopped remotely from this store for several years as I live in UK and there is no longer a Gerard Darel outlet in UK. In recent weeks I have purchased a number of items and I cannot express enough gratitude for the help I have received from the staff through the whole process. They have gone beyond the call of duty, sending me photographs, helping me with my choices and posting items to me. The quality of the clothing is exceptional for the price and I would not hesitiate to recommend this brand and in particular this store, to anyone."
