"Staff never around if you need help. Going at the counter it's a nightmare. They expect you to lift heavy items (after you already lift them up and put them in the trolley) and place them on the little hatch so they can scan them. Staff never friendly. They don't care about the customers."

Always seem to be well stocked too but I have to rate it low as I've been going here for years and for the fourth or fifth time now I've had issues with one staff member. She has a very nasty attitude towards customers and makes people feel very uncomfortable. The reason for the review is due to the last day I was here. I won't go into detail but it was a terrible experience with her."
