"They are so rude in the shop the staff at the till are never one of the employees threw my change at me and slammed my hot chocolate on to the counter and it spilled every where and when I went to replace it I got yelled at"

"This shop recently changed ownership....and is now Gala it now closes at wherever time it wants and gets earlier and earlier..the staff are mostly rude and they show their lack of respect towards him infrount of the costomers and the manager seems to not know what his doing... very baldly organised , good prices but run very badly...Tonight there was myself and two other customers one of whom was a taxi driver..standing outside wondering why the shop was closed so early and asked the man what time are you closed he replied 22.00 so we asked why are you closed at 21.35 ?? His reply was "and what ?!!!"and walked off leaving all the customers looking at each other in disgust!!! With staff like that that shop wont last long believe me its quite enough with mostly locals using it,if they keep upsetting us they will have no custom left..."
