"Inside everything in a mess. After asking for prescription they said to I have to wait 30min but it was 45. After i come to collect medicine they said that they dont have it and I can buy another one. I refuse. They forgot to return medical card and try to convince me that they return it back to me. 1hour of waisted time. Worst staff and dirty pharmacy."
"Got a prescription filled here on Saturday. They were busy so there was a long enough wait time but they were very thorough. They had to call the prescribing doctor to confirm dosage after he had provided conflicting info to me verbally (he later called to apologise). Even though they were busy they called the surgery, no answer so called back and called me with a follow up later on. Pity the doctor I saw did not have the same level of attention to detail and professionalism as the lady dispensing the prescription did."
