"Halfords is a disgrace in Portlaoise. I refrained from writing a bad review on 2 occasions before for the same reason but 3 times too much. I was only buying something I needed staff assistance with but no staff. Not even at check out. I searched staff for assistance but not 1 to be seen. I choose what I wanted myself and went to check out. I waited for 14 mins at empty check out before a girl appeared. No apology not even hello. She scanned my item and price was different that that on shelf. It took her another 10 mins to sort that out. The shelves are also pretty empty. Rumours say that may close . Sooner the better in my opinion. Rude staff who know nothing about products they are selling. I asked lady at checkout about dashcam and her reply was I dont know not my area. I asked who could tell me. She said sorry none of the staff in store today know about dashcam. Unbelievable. Will not go there again."
