"We have been customers here since it opened. Always looked after well. Since new staff have arrived service has declined greatly We are now going to move to another pharmacy. Customer service at an all time low."

"The attitude I got approach over a birth controller was disappointing. It was extremely patronising and the worst experience I ever got as a customer service. I leaving my 6 months prescription in advance - but it's really depends who is serving you at the desk. This specific employer was so rude front of o pircuse there again.thers to me that I am dread to ever go back and purchase ever again"

"The male pharmacist there at the moment is good, however, the female one who is there now occasionally is terrible. There's always a problem when she is there, she took it upon herself now to change my prescription without consulting me, and thought it was funny, she won't be filling it again. I agree there is no sense of confidentiality for customers there and people with no qualifications are there handling prescriptions."

"Worst experience ever, waited 15 mins for my prescription to be filled only to be told there was no one there capable of doing this, had to go back to work without my medication and call back later that evening to collect it. If there is no one who can fill a prescription in the place then one of the LADIES!!!!!! behind the counter should have made me aware of this instead of having their little chat, so i could have gone to a real pharmacy for my medication. Update, just got a phone call from this lot and they deny me ever being in their pharmacy, well i might as well not of been there for all the help i got. But they can rest assured i will not be calling again."
