"Would not recommend this company at all. Poor quality product and extremely poor after sales service. My new shower door leaks at hinges and door corners. Very poor and delayed response to my complaint. The company salesperson tells me that the shower is not intended to be waterproof !!! This was not disclosed before I paid €2,590 for my new shower door and panel!"

"Because the products looked really attractive(with premium price attaching) and they were an Irish company, I purchased a Shower Unit, enclosure and tray, Large wall cabinet and sink plus Vanity unit. Unfortunately, the sink arrived with a very obvious fault in the basin, the paintwork on Cabinets was poorly finished and missing a glass shelf plus dangerous shards of glass were caught in another shelf, hinge covers poor quality and a faulty shower thermostat meaning cold water was lukewarm. Cabinets /sink were replaced promptly by the Retailer (who was very good) but no sink hole cover arrived. Following several attempts for Image to review -two men arrived unannounced looked at shower and promptly disappeared! No further contact or follow up. The Shower is still not working satisfactorily . It is really disappointing to have to give an Irish company with potentially lovely products such a poor review but clearly there is very poor quality control evident and extremely poor customer service and follow up. Charging premium prices is fine if supported by quality product and service but unfortunately Image has fallen way short of the mark here."

"Terrible company to deal with. Rollers and glass doors wouldn't fit. Handle had no tread to screw into so can't fit handle. I phone them up to explain what the problem was and 1 of the first things I was told was there would be a charge if they come out..... Still waiting on a replacement handle. Not great quality. And shocking after sales. So much for buying Irish."
