"I have always found tubs and tiles to be very good, their experience and knowledge have always been exceptional. However, on a recent visit, I found that during a national pandemic not all members of staff were wearing a face mask. This is unacceptable particularly when there's a sign on the door that all customers must wear masks. Its one thing to be seated behind a glass panel at the reception desk but quite another to stand and deal with customers with no mask on, no visor no nothing. Follow your own advice."
