"If you are thinking about buying a Pellet Stove from here please beware. My elderly parents have had 2 years of headaches due to D&S. Their customer service is beyond terrible. Manager Stephen is practically uncontactable & is rarely on the premises according to staff. After sales is non-existent. Quite happy to take money but that’s where the customer service stops. Also the installation service they provide is incredibly poor. The technician Ray caused damage while installing the stove & didn’t admit to it. Pipes were installed incorrectly with almost zero clearance for maintenance & cleaning. Also ignores phone calls. I would suggest to avoid at all costs. Not possible to give 0 stars."
"I was in Tullamore for work, I went to buy few tapes and snips, as soon as I walked in I was impressed with the way the shop was organized, speaking to staff and ower of the place. I felt they were very helpful, very well informed and they have an amazing range of products. I walked out with a multi tool from dewalt and a quote of a generator."
