"Ordered chairs that were on a 6 week delivery time line, called after 6 weeks and they said it would be another 4 weeks. Heard nothing, called 4 weeks later and they said it would be another 4 weeks. Took the chairs over 5 months to be delivered and they never called me once, I had to call every time. When they did arrive they damaged once during assembly but still delivered it and then they had to deliver another one. The stuff is good quality but the customer service I found very poor"

"Don’t trust them, I got a Matress cost 1.4K promised 10 years grantees but sag and deform within 3 months of use, and they refused to take it back. Saying that is no a manufactured fault."

"I would spend your money elsewhere. Ordered a dining table and three dining chairs. The table was months delayed in arriving and when it did, it was badly scratched, we had waited so long for the table to arrive we just accepted it, until one of the legs fell off after just a few days due to a fault with the assembly by Casey's. The 3 dining chairs arrived a few weeks later, all were broken when taken out of the box, literally smashed wood, the chairs also arrived with barely any packaging to protect the furniture. We had to wait a further 2 weeks to get replacements for both. Customer service were helpful at the beginning, but had promised to follow up - never heard back."

"If I could give Caseys 10 stars, I would. After a disaster with Kave Home I was reluctant to buy bedside cabinets sight unseen again. I found the Cassie bedside cabinets on Casey's website and while they looked perfect online, living in Dublin, I was unable to see them in person. I phoned the showroom in Limerick and spoke Liam who kindly sent me photos and a video of the cabinets on Whatsapp. I was delighted with them so Liam took payment and arranged delivery over the phone. He was so easy to deal with and a pleasure to talk to. I was given a delivery date and the delivery team called me the morning of with an hour window. On of the delivery guys even made my partner's day by chatting with him about his car. The cabinets are well made and really brighten up our bedroom. A big thank you to everyone involved."
