"Terrible experience with them. Had to pay them all money up front. We had an agreed finished date but then they didn't complete the tiling work on time. Also the Manhattan Oak laminate flooring was laid incorrectly - terrible job (see photo). They would only agree to a partial refund, terrible treatment of customers. Will never go back there myself and wouldn't recommend to anyone"
"Extremely friendly, non pushy, professional. knowledgeable staff. Purchased some porcelain tile which had to be shipped from the manufacturer in Spain. I was kept up to date with shipping details and as soon as the product arrived it was delivered to my door. The added bonus was the tiler Keith who did an outstanding job that i could not recommend highly enough. Mike, Alan and staff are premier league. I would have absolutely no problem in recommending these guys. They really are that good."
