He went through the different types of flooring we were looking at and helped us find the one that was most suitable for our requirement's. The turn around time to have the flooring fitted was very quick. It was ordered and fitted within the week. We we very impressed with the level of service Ennis carpets were able to provide. The carpet was laid very well and the join was very well hidden. Ennis Carpets we're able to provide uplift and removal of the old carpet which was a great help to us, as a business trying to get everything done to move into a new office. "Giving one star because there is no option to give zero! Extremely poor customer service. Older lady working there: icy and frigid reception always. Pray that everything goes well with your order and you do not require any further assistance in the event that all does not go to plan. You will be left to your own devices once they have secured your payment. No follow up to ensure that customers receive purchased product. Goods not delivered on time."
