"Took my order over the phone and told it would be 45mins for collection, this was no problem as it was a Saturday night so accepted it was busy, arrived to collect 45 mins later, was told would be another 15mins, this was annoying, but not the end of the world, waited outside in the cold November evening for 15 more mins, to then be told my order will be another hours wait as it was too busy, unacceptable for a business taking order they cNnot furfill"
