"The place has the best Indian food in Ireland. The ambience of the place is really amazing and accommodating. The service and the staff is really friendly. Great place if you want to have some crazy good food and spend some quality time with your friends or family."
"Pretty close to city centre. There is fair bit of parking available around in the streets near the hotel. Most of them are paid parking. There is a sub menu for authentic Kerala food. The Food was very delicious. Definitely worth a trip all the way from Dublin just for the food. However, the service was not great. Part of the main course was delayed by several minutes. The raider constantly kept delivering the wrong foot to the wrong table. The staff are very courteous and polite."
"We will start with the positives the food tasted great, although the portion size was minuscule, (Removing one star for this ) I like to eat and I honestly would have needed to order 2 mains to feel remotely full. Rice comes separately to all main course’s which adds on price, which for portion size is insane. (taking away another star for that). Sadly the night we were dining , there was a very drunk customer coughing and getting sick while we where eating our meal. By the looks of things he had been drinking all day. That pretty much ruined our experience."
"Very good service. Had tried the Irish Biriyani!! It's not spicy anyway but good. Kerala style Chicken Biriyani is very good.Tasty and authentic Kerala Porota and beef roast."
"Can't tell you how amazing was the food. We have 2 time meal (Lunch and dinner) for two days during our visit to Athlone. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you the staff (Anisha and amethyst) and special thanks to Jay the manager of Spice India. They are very friendly."
