"I rented with Carlow Property Management for more than a year and I had an absolute pleasant stay in my previous accommodation in Carlow. The entire team was very helpful. I was handed over the keys in no time after all the formalities and it was when I was in need. The apartment was very neat and clean, shining when I moved in. They took care of all the minor issues (including repairs/replacement) as soon as I called them and I never had any inconvenience during my entire stay. They are very professional and helpful. "I rarely leave Reviews unless they are good because the internet is full of keyboard warriors with minor grievances.... however.. I felt this needed to be said. Avoid CPM and go to an organisation that has its sh&t together. CPM will not return calls, they will not reply to emails and they most certainly do not go above and beyond. Buying a house is usually a once in a lifetime decision...I would expect an agent to reply to offers, messages and do their part to bring in revenue for their company, and a forever home for their clients. My experience with them met none of those expectations."
