(I had typed it out, but never got around to posting it) Dlo tried give me lecture on time management today because I was 10 mins late due to traffic in Portlaoise. The appointment booked between (10.50 and 11.10) I arrived at 11am not 11.05 as stated below. I came all way up from Tipperary. Funny thing is, the next customer didn’t even show up for his appointment. I got my haircut with Himdad, who was 25mins late cutting my hair. The haircut should happen between 10.50 – 11.10 not 11.25. Dlo should make sure next customer guarantee turn up in future before he gives time management lectures. He made himself look like clown. Bad review because they made me wait 25mins for haircut, should took place at 11am. • I never said, I had appointment with Dlo. It very much normal to make assumptions to tried cover your tracks when you’re in the wrong. • Date and time setting on your CCTV is clearly wrong. Himdad said twice that day I was 10 minutes late. • Haircut should took place, when I arrived, instead making me wait 25 minutes. I explained situation that I got stuck in traffic. I can’t use the phone when I’m driving. • I was never fine with situation. Stop blaming the customer. Your barber shop, not doctor surgery. No need to be strict with time. The next customer didn’t even show up!"
