"Polite and efficient service. No hassle book in. Convenient location. Quiet hotel. Clean, warm, cosy room and en suite with everything you need"
"The best Guinness in Galway. Pub has it all. Lovely room out the back where you can melt into the seat and drink all day."
"A great biz owned by a great character. Luckily I had a friend home from Boston and lo and behold the esteemed Cois Claddagh Choir were having their Xmas outing and were superb. My friend Brian was blown away by this melodious group. Top class ."
"As someone who loves hosteling, this place was disappointing. Poor customer service. Check-in was from 3pm but we thought we could drop off our bags at 2:40. No one was at reception, we rang the bell at reception for assistance several times but the staff member wouldn’t come out of the office until 3pm. There was a strong smell of smoke in the en suite. I’m home a day now and my pyjamas still smell musty. The radiators and shower could do with a good scrub to get rid of mould. Does the job if you need a bed for the night, but €120 is an outrageous amount to pay for the experience and a very misleading price."
"The en-suite room was small but nice, very tidy (it smelled like clean as we entered). It serves the purpose if you're visiting and just need a room to rest and wash. The personnel is super nice and welcoming and tries in every way to accomodate requests."
