"Had bayalage done. It came out awful. Not what I had asked for. Also they got bleach on my cardigan. I was seated on 5 different chairs during my visit. Developed a reaction to the root dye. I complained about my colour and cardigan and they put a toner in my hair. I told them it wasn't good enough, it was still awful looking and went up to just under my roots, a brassy yellow colour. One of the owners said they would order in a different dye to fix my hair, but the other owner told me to go elsewhere. Neither of the 3 hairdressers have replied to my messages. So I know have to spend a fortune elsewhere to try fix it. Would not recommend."
