"Tried to ring owner on arrival (still waiting on call back)..OK first impressions on arrival do you have the right address is this really a b&b no signs or anything front of house needs good tidying up. Step on entrance to accommodation broken stood on it and almost fell off .Entering the property no light switches to turn on when you arrive in the evening lamp far side of room .Enter through kitchen/diner/sitting room in state of repair you get over that then you enter the ensuite omg showerhead rusted shower door missing and frame held together with tape disgusting dirty smelly toilet brush .Bed frame broken duvet seen better days pillows badly stained and as for mattress very uncomfortable fell every spring in it .Breakfast advertised as full Irish breakfast doesn't exist a couple of cereals a slice pan a packet of brioche rolls A banana a couple of apples .Avoid this property by all means place not very clean don't get me wrong lm no Mrs Bucket but this is filthy by all means. Back garden like a junk yard broken furniture broken kids toys and grass like a jungle."

"I've stayed in worse places but it was convenient for our stay. Staff lovely and friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Sure the rooms need refreshing but then again it didn't ruin our stay. I liked the way breakfast was whenever you wanted it as it was self service, so there wasn't any rush to get up! At the end of the day it's a b&b not the ritz."

"This is an absolute disgrace of a place. It is a room in a house with horrible low bed with broken bars . I waited 30 mins to go toilet as host had her kids in bath. No full irish breakfast just ceral and boiled egg to make urself . Cant shower as bath full water from kids bathing. Marks all over bedroom wall.. host kids fighging and screaming alot. Hear everything through walls. Only way to contact owner is by message and she dont reply for ages.. paid 175 for 2 nights . Stayed 1night as could not stay any longer. Absolute digrace everything and all the pictures on booking.com are false.. property outside is dirty curtains on front of house and back of house is like a dump also."

"Awful place, only wish could not leave any star ratings, place is filthy furniture old, carpets old,worn and tired garden like a junk yard. Rooms dated, bedding cheap duvets filthy, lamp didn't work and no one to ask to fix as didn't see anyone in the evening. Can hear everything going on, owner shouting at young child in morning, to the man running the place clearing his throat in the back garden. Shared bathroom filthy even the towels were old and worn. Ensuite shower room floor mat was mouldy and floor dirty. Make your own breakfast, ok, yogurts in date as was bread but utensils not very clean so didn't bother, can't believe they are allowed to stay open as a business. Find somewhere else to stay if can and not there! Thank god it was only for one night, did try to move once we saw the place but others were fully booked"

"If I could give 0 I would. Do not stay here unless you want to sleep in a cold room, on a very poor mattress, with no one to greet you when checking in or out and being woken up by children crying and 3am brushing floor noises. This place was very noisy and I got little sleep. Breakfast provided was appalling, there were no spoons to eat with or water provided. There was no one around to ask for water to fill up the kettle. Beyond bad. Do not stay here."
