"The bed was ridiculously comfortable, the room was immaculate, it was warm without being stifling, there were robes and heaps of towels and a really good breakfast included. We got a very friendly welcome and a lift into town the next day. Could not have asked for more."

"Very good and friendly service with a hearthly and familiar welcome from the owners. The breakfast was very delicious and everything was fresh. Every morning we were asked for any special wishes and the full breakfast was served freshly made. The room was a little small but large enough and we felt very comfortable there. There are parking slots directly in the front of this bed and breakfast and I don't remember any disturbing noises from the streets during night time. It was easy to reach because the Guesthouse is directly at a highway. After a short walk you can reach the city centre and find shops and restaurants. Nice little place where I would stay a second time during a next visit in Kilkenny."

"Stayed here for two nights visiting from the States. Loved it! Hosts were friendly and helpful, rooms were small but quite comfortable (and honestly, you’re likely not spending tons of time in the room anyway). Shower was hot and strong, good running water, DELICIOUS breakfast and great location that’s removed enough that it’s quiet, but no more than a 10 minute walk from most of the pubs and city center. Would absolutely stay again."

"Owner family was very friendly. Clean, great breakfast and lovely breakfast room. Room and bathroom were small, but nice. The whole house looked fancy. Wifi is good. Car parking is free and on the property with enough space. Fully recommendable."

"Clean, cozy, wonderful staff, and great breakfast! The location was close to everything we wanted to see and a walk away from great pubs. I actually forgot my brand new, expensive raincoat in the wardrobe and didn't realize until we came back to Canada. We had emailed them and they quickly mailed it back to me. This alone goes to show how accommodating and amazing they are! Thank you for the wonderful stay! Definitely recommend for anybody looking for a place in Kilkenny."
