"Owner cancelled room less than 24 hours of stay due to issue with card. I understand the owner has a business but very poor customer service and too busy worrying about previous customers rather than looking after the ones who wanted to stay at his establishment and not very nice either"
"I had the top floor room with an ensuite. It was very pleasant. The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows. Would recommend. It was not as polished as a five star but very nice."
"Absolutely dreadful! Most lights in room not working. ie 2 of 7 .Central heating not working in November! so small fan heater in room instead. Asked a member of staff about lights. He said he would talk with owner. On checking out, I apparently was "rude" because I asked why I got no response yesterday. For €65, poor customer service."
"We had a great stay at Cashel Town B&B. The bed is very comfortable to sleep on. Location is great, only few mins walk to the Rock of Cashel. We even got a free voucher to visit it saving us €14 so it,s a good bargain. The owner PJ was very knowledgeable & welcoming. He shown us some nice irish pubs with live music, introducing us to some local. We definally will come back again. Highly recommend to all the travellers out there. Thanks PJ for your friendship."
"There was no heating. The attendant came over to check but nothing was modified. Breakfast was upon request and incomplete because he didn't know we had breakfast so items were frozen. There was nowhere to indicate or pay extra for breakfast online. The one egg was good. Heating was explicitly stated as a facility but the amenity wasn't provided. Mold in the shower and on the door of the bathroom but it wasn't too bad. Definitely overpriced. The young lady attending was very nice."
