"We stayed 3 nights and was great. Breakfast was exceptional. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. I will say that we had dinner in the bar one night and the menu was very limited and wasn't a great quality but other than that was a great trip."
"I had soup and a hot chocolate here. The service was decent here. We didn't have to wait for a table even though we hadn't one booked. The vegetable soup was delicious-not too salty, wholesome and fresh and the bread was lovely too. Unfortunately, the waiter had to make the hot chocolate for me the second time. I never asked for marshmallows but they were on top and I had to refuse it because they're not suitable for vegetarians. I didn't make a song and dance about it as it was a genuine mistake and I was served a hot chocolate minus the marshmallows moments later. The staff were pleasant and I enjoyed the food. I can't comment on the rooms as I haven't stayed there."
"My second time to visit the hotel. We did the BFF package for the second time. Treatments wore exceptional and the girls wore so lovely. Hotel room was gorgeous but was so cold. Radiators weren't working. Service from staff was great they are so kind and helpful but delivery from food was so very slow. Would definitely come back again overall."
"Lovely, young, helpful and charming staff set this hotel apart. Warm, comfortable bedrooms with modern en suite facilities. Popular spa and gym. Busy foyer, a comfortable community and business hub for meetings. Nice tree-lined car park. Reasonably priced - much cheaper than Limerick city nearby. Some interesting shops in town centre. The only disappointment was breakfast. No buffet on show to choose from. Staff bring all food items to you. Nice rasher and sausage for breakfast, but pudding and mushroom did not taste great. I would recommend that the hotel reviews its arrangements for breakfast. Will come again."
"A stunning venue for a wedding! I work as a wedding photographer and recently shot a small wedding here. Would highly recommend it for your wedding day. The grounds are beautifully kept, the Hotel is beautifully kept and decorated, and the staff were super helpful throughout the day. The rooms was also a great size for wedding prep and onsite services for hair and makeup aswell! Looking forward to shooting here again!"
