"4 of us stayed at Theresa's B&B. We stayed for almost a week and used it as a base for touring parts of Ireland by motorcycle. We all enjoyed the hospitality here; we arrived quite late after a very wet and windy ride from Dublin. Recognising we were worn out but hungry our hosts ran us down to the local chippy for a late bite to eat. Once we'd had chance to get to know Portumna we found out it was a short walk to get to pubs, takeaways and other local facilities. Theresa's full Irish breakfast set us up for the day's riding and it was a pleasure to return to the clean rooms every night. Nothing seemed too much trouble and we all left with very fond memories."
