"Very nice B&B on the outskirts of Adare. Modern decorations done very tastefully. The breakfast was great and Ann did everything to make our stay nice, including finding a place in town where we could get laundry done. The only drawback is the location - the narrow country lanes getting there from town made it difficult to spend time at pubs for evening music."
"We just stayed in Ann's fabulous country house. It is so peaceful, dark and quiet we didnt want to leave. It was one of the best sleeps we have ever had away from home, memory foam mattress and comfy pillows with an electric blanket for cold winter nights. Breakfast was very good, there was cereals, porridge if you wanted it, perfect toast, fresh soda bread and cooked breakfast was delicious. And GREAT coffee! (We had a whole conversation about the coffee, Ann is such a nice lady, she showed me all the coffees she had so I can try get it!) Would absolutely recommend this for a get away outside of Limerick city. Will definately be going back, thank you for having us Ann, until next time!"
"My partner and myself stayed it. Such a beautiful place, made feel right at home. Ann was so helpful, offering us a cup of tea on arrival. Rooms are beautiful, with walk out balcony. Views are absolutely, so quite and peaceful. Better than an hotel we ever stayed in. The owner Ann made us feel so welcome and couldn't meet a nicer, genuine lady. Ann really went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. Look forward to going back, cannot fault this place. 10 out of 10. Thanks so so much Ann"
