"This was probably one of the best restaurants we ate at while visiting Ireland. The food was amazing and everything was superb! The cocktails were definitely a favorite of our group! Some of the best cocktails and presentation I’ve seen! They were almost too pretty to drink! Staff were attentive and courteous. Would highly recommend this place to eat while in Killarney."

"10/10. Come here. Food is amazing. The cocktails are as good as they look. We decided to get a bunch of starters and split them tapas style between 3 people and it was a great way to try more of the menu. Our favorites were the Korean bbq short ribs. The ambiance is beautiful - there’s a live piano player, backlit bar where you can watch the bartenders putting care into each cocktail and as you walk to the back of the restaurant you can see the chef carefully plating everything to be aesthetically tasteful. HIGHLY recommend. We went to another the restaurant the following night and let’s just say we regretted not coming back here."

"Absolute QUALITY service. Compliments to the chef for a fantastic menu, the steak was sublime but prawns were my personal favorite. Gorgeous cocktails as always and the whole waiting staff were lovely & constantly checking up on all the customers on a super busy Saturday night in Killarney. I want to come back already"

"I had a few cocktails there and they were all amazing! All the staff was friendly, but a special shout out to Lora and Bart (I'm so sorry if I misspelled :c ) for taking care of us, making such great drinks and explaining everything. I had so many questions but they were super nice and great with all the explanations and recommendations. The atmosphere is really cool, the bar is beautiful and I loved the piano! I'm definitely coming back, thank you so much!"

"Absolutely amazing dining experience! The decor is modern with hints of the building's history which was really interesting to see! The staff are all so friendly and did everything they could to make our visit the best it could be. 10/10 service. The food/drinks were all incredible. My partner had the wagyu burger, and I had the halibut. Highly recommended either of those dishes! The deserts were also yummy, make sure to treat yourself to one! Overall you will not be disappointed choosing Hilliards. If we didn't live nearly 6 hours away we'd be back in a heartbeat! We'll definitely be back to Hilliards on our next visit to Killarney ♥️"
