"Setting up joint account, everything in a private room. In fact all customer interaction (excluding counter xtractions of course) are private, behind a closed door. When we were there, there were 2 people handling customer queries and a ticket queueing system was in place. Very impressive. We dealt with Ailvhe, and it appeared that she was willing to spend all day with us if necessary to sort out the paperwork - absolutely under no pressure When we got home, I had problem getting online. A quick phone call, answered almost immediately. Got chatting with a different person, and sorted almost immediately. Great service And I should mention, no account charges for over 66s Happy days Thanks, youghal credit union"
"Amazing staff so helpful compared to any bank I've tried to deal with, they have no problem with you popping in and actually asking a person a question. Very accessible."
"Please be aware, for any transaction you will be required an account with them, no such information is written in their website. Also, if your inquiry is urgent please refer to your bank for immediate decision as these people will give you decision after "some months". Furthermore they are masters in providing incorrect information. Shame."
