We arrived for an appraisal and he refused to give us a quote and take us seriously, was extremely condescending and quite frankly was straight up rude. I went into him today with the hope of getting an appraisal and instead I was greeted with utter rudeness and a refusal to give me even a ballpark of a figure for my car. I was extremely disappointed and was horrified getting back into my car driving away from this horrible encounter. I can’t help but thinking this encounter went so badly because of my age and gender. He was extremely dismissive and didn’t take me seriously at all. You won’t find me in your records as unfortunately he didn’t give me the time of day to even make it to the record book."
"Customer server just was not there, they seemed like they didn’t want to sell the car to me at all. Was not accommodating one bit. Very very rude on the phone. Was made feel uncomfortable at the start of the phone call. Enquiring about a car that I was genuinely interested in and was going to travel for too. But with the attitude I was given I instantly regretted even considering it. Wouldn’t even recommend calling the place."
"Very easy to deal with, seamless transaction and no pressure salesman giving me time to look around, I would deal with again. 3 stars only unfortunately as when I collected the car the next day after looking at it, fuel light was on and with only 24 of range left. After spending close to €15k on a car, you'd think putting some fuel in wouldn't be asking alot, it's the little things that speak volumes."
