"We bought a 141 Nissan Juke 1:6 Automatic in September, 4 weeks later we broke down on the Motorway. We had it towed back to Jps in Killarney who assessed it and found that there was gearbox trouble. This was fully covered in our warranty and the gearbox was replaced by a garage in Cork who specialises in Automatics. Jps coordinated the transportation from Killarney to Cork and also gave us a vehicle while our own was being repaired. All costs were met by Jps and we must say that Jay and Mark were very accomodating, polite and professional throughout this time. "Great customer service and fast response but only up to the point of sale… if you have any issues after that, good luck. Bought my car, and within 4 days the battery was struggling, went to a mechanic and got told it needs to be replaced as it’s very old. Got in touch with JPS and they said they’ll find someone in my area to have it replaced and fitted. I have also mentioned that the front radar is acting up as front assist and ACC are showing up on fault as “unavailable”. Bare in mind, that was the one part Jay told me to be careful with during initial viewing as it’s very fragile and expensive to fix. Was assured that this would be looked into after battery is replaced as that might resolve the issue. Had to jump start the car every single morning for the following 5 days as person supplying the battery was 40km away from me and wouldn’t fit, only supply. Had to then go and have the battery replaced myself out of my own pocket as heard no further updates and had a family emergency while car wouldn’t start…. Got onto them with invoice to send me over cost of new battery and fit, and had to remind them every second day for the next 8 days for my money back after being advised money has been transferred over same day. I purchased the car 23 days ago and have still not heard a thing about having that radar fault looked into as they promised. Very disappointed as all the reviews were so good - Wouldn’t recommend."
