"Very unprofessional: After an initial visit, if the lawyer doesn't want to take your case, she would rather ignore your calls instead of telling you her mind that she doesn't want to act for you. Also, this office does not often answer phone calls, and when eventually you get through after many, many attempts, they will ask for your details and phone number with a promise to call you back, but they never follow through. They are very good in ignoring phone calls and even if you send text messages after failing to get to them through conventional call, they still will not reply. This office (in my opinion) has total disregard and disrespect for clients. UPDATE: I'm adding this information as a reply to the "owner's response" to my feedback. My husband and I telephoned the office line on numerous occasions, and record shows that we made these numerous calls on: 09/04/18 @ 1038 09/04/18 @ 13:06 09/04/18 @ 13:24 09/04/18 @ 16:00 10/04/18 @ 13:12 10/04/18 @ 13:12 10/04/18 @ 16:08 (This was when a man eventually answered and took our details with the "promise" that the office would get back to us, but never did. I thought perhaps there was technical issues with the office line as our phone calls weren't answered, ...... And we then made several calls and eventually sent text messages to the mobile number ******4714, yet, the calls were neither answered nor were the text messages replied to. Calls to mobile were made on the following dates and times: 09/04/18 @ 10:39 09/04/18 @ 10:42 (Text message was sent) 09/04/18 @ 13:26 10/04/18 @13:13 10/04/18 @ 13:14"
