"What a shame for solicitors profession this place is ! We went there to sign a passport application with my partner and we are both non - Irish citizens. A woman was waiting on us on the first floor in the hallway. She did not introduced herself but we understood right away that she did not have time for us. She told us without really reading our application for passport that the application was wrong (though we followed the online application guideline) and she would not sign something that is wrong. She did not want to explain anything whatsoever just told us to go see the garda and that it was not her problem. She was just repeating "It's Monday, this is not a good time for us, it's not my problem, don't pass it on me !". If it's not a good time then don't give us an appointment at that time ! This woman was very VERY unfriendly, unprofessional, rude and not helpful at all. Please avoid this place and this woman !"
