Reviews of Costa Coffee
"Went in there today, i am a type one diabetic and my blood sugars plummeted really low. So a friend brought me in, she asked for help at the counter, explained i was a diabetic and was fobbed off and told there was sugar sachets over there. We tried the sugar sachets and they didnt work, so she went back to the counter, skipping the queue telling them it was an emergency and she just needed a tea with sugar and an orange juice(to stop me going into a coma) to Which one of the staff members, told a colleague that it was an excuse to skip the queue. My friend set him straight telling him it most certainly was not an excuse. Most inconsiderate bunch in the tralee branch. I dont expect them to be paramedics, but a bit of empathy and kindness obviously goes straight over their heads. Rudest people ever. Will never set foot inside there again. Shame on you."
"Nice selection of coffees, hot chocolates and treats. A bit pricey but lovely as a treat."
"COST-A-LOT Never understand people's fascination with Costa. Bang average coffee costing a pretty penny. Il rather go spend my money on the little local coffee shops Instead"
