"I had a very disappointing flat white here. I couldn't taste any coffee. Just milk with froth on the top and not hot either."

"Had a toasted special there. Absolutely awful. The ham was thick and not cut up, tomatoes not fresh. I had asked for brown bread, but was served white bread instead. I normally do not write reviews, but had to share this. The Latte and glass of water were the best."

"Absolutely disgusting food and coffee. Had the worst breakfast here this morning and the coffee was a joke. Ordered scrambled eggs and toast with a latte. 8.95 for 2 plain slices of brown toast, a tiny bit of dry scrambled egg that had been blitzed Ina microwave and 4 pieces of fatty bacon that you couldn't even cut through, and moreover we didn't even order. Latte just wasn't a latte or even drinkable so left it behind. Staff also look depressed and are very unfriendly. Can't believe this place is in business and charging these prices. Went to insomnia for proper coffee."

"Had a bit of lunch here with my wife. The food on display looks great. The chef was very busy and said hello to everyone as he passed in and out. The staff were hard to get attention from. The tables and floor could have done with a good cleaning. They didn't look like they were touched after customers all day. We got quiche and vol-au-vent. They were both grilled it seemed to heat them up. This made the quiche like rubber and the vol-au-vent far to dry. If it were not for these things we would have been very happy. We will go back again though and see what else they have on offer."

"Al's Cafe Restaurant was fine. The seating area was wide and easy to navigate. They have a wide selection of food options: sandwiches, soups, and desserts. The lighting is a bit dim, good to relax and unwind. The staff were friendly and kind. It is wheelchair accessible. The bathrooms are close by and are wheelchair accessible. The mall has wheelchair accessible parking. #accessible"
