"Food here is awful, it's dry & unpalatable. I needed a drink (like water or lemonade) when eating the chicken quiche as it was incredibly dry without some liquid. Coffee is hit & miss - one day it was good, a few days later it was burnt flavour so I guess depends who makes it. Too inconsistent. They don't clean seats, just tables, so the chairs at our table had spilled coffee over them & nobody bothered to wipe them down when clearing the table. I feel there is somewhat a mix of staff laziness & inexperience that needs to be addressed."

"Nana is an exceptional waitress. I had a disappointing service a year ago with an incompetent blonde waitress (Ciara), but Nana has totally changed my opinion. She is hospitable and excellent at what she does. A star employee."
"Great and polite staff, perfect coffee and desserts. We tried the fresh cream profitelores and rhubarb pie. I never tried rhubarb as a dessert and it was a delicious suprise. Definitely coming back again!!"
