"This was my first visit to this shop as it was recommended for its donuts. However, the rude treatment we received from the owner has left us all shocked and disappointed. After waiting a while in the queue, more customers arrived after us and the owner proceeded to assist them before us all. When the new customers as well as the staff insisted that we be helped first, the owner blatantly said loud enough for us all to hear, that they must not worry about us. This shows that the very owner does not care for his customers, new or loyal. Sadly, we or any of our friends and family will ever visit here again - nor will we ever recommend this shop to anyone."

"To say the very least about this little establishment would be that the coffee is good and wonderful young staff member called Kate is akin to Walt White in breaking bad, not the notable poet, but I can't speak about her personally... She probably is quite poetic. However her business acumen and "giving them a taste" to draw them in strategy worked so well I came back for seconds and thirds of the donuts just because I was so impressed and they were so yummy to sober up my body and my soul. I'd hire her in a heartbeat (less of which I have after 10 donuts)"
