Starbucks Douglas , Cork, County Cork

"Bought a speciality hot chocolate this morning for €4.75 for a small cup which was half filled with what tasted like watery milk. The worst hot chocolate I have ever tasted and a disgrace that the cup was only half filled for almost 5€!!! I ended up putting the little that was in it in the bin as it was absolutely tasteless. Will not be back and am regularly in that shopping center. Review your quality and quantity would be my advice."

"It's like all the Starbucks, they have a good atmosphere, it's pricey, not all the baristas are that kind with the customers, the coffee is not the best but the price seems like the best."

"The three staff behind the counter couldn't care less about coffee, food or customers. Not a smile from one of them, not a word unless you asked a direct question. The coffee tasted disgusting, and I ended up dumping more than half of it. Also, no proper cups/mugs for people who are having their food or coffee on the premises - you end up eating out of a plastic wrap and drinking out of cardboard cups. Very stylish. This is totally over-priced, bad food, bad coffee and bad service."

"So disappointed with this Starbucks. I just checked to make sure they are open at 9 on Saturday before driving up there for a coffee. Only to get there and they are still closed. They are suppose to be open at 9am and right now it is 9:30 and they are in there stocking but closed and did not want to make me a coffee. Their work hours on the window even state 9am on Saturday. I’m super upset…… not only you are expensive but you open whenever you want. Not cool, Douglas Starbucks!!!!!"
