"I want to leave my negative feedback about how the post office worker in Portmagee JULIE refused to accept my parcel, I came to the post office on Friday morning and said that I wanted to send the parcel, to which she replied that not today and that she would not accept it this day, I asked if she could accept her tomorrow on Saturday, to which the employee refused again, to the question of what day I can come and she will accept her, she did not answer immediately, after thinking she said that on Monday, I left and I was forced to go to another post office in the nearest city and they kindly accepted and sent it, thank you very much! Also on Saturday I witnessed how other senders accepted parcels for dispatch! I have a question why? Why was I refused and as an employee of a state institution chooses whom to serve and who not? I am extremely outraged by such unskilled behavior."
