"Two times in the last week I've had a package left into 2 different shops in my area. The first shop it's not even my local shop. I had to track down the driver myself. He didn't ring me because he said there was no number or eir code on the parcel. But the rest of my address was on it. He could have either delivered it to me or at least asked the shop to contact me or asked where I live. If he wanted he would have found me easily. But he didn't even bother.if I didn't get his number I would have had no idea where my parcel was. I had to drive 8 miles to collect my parcel so a 16 mile round trip. It is totally the drivers been too lazy. The other parcel a driver rang and begged me could he leave it in the shop 8 miles from me I refused to allow him and finally agreed for him to bring it to the nearest shop 5 miles away. He said he was delayed that day and that was his excuse. It was 3 o clock in the afternoon. There was no way he would deliver it to the house no matter what. This was on Monday and he said it would be Friday before he would be in the area again and said he would bring the parcel to the shop 5 miles away that day. Not delivery it to me. This is good enough Conway couriers. Very very poor service"
