"UPDATE: After reading this review Gordon called me and threatened me. He explained that he has contacted his solicitor who is sending me a letter and will be “indicted.” He also said unless I remove this accurate review [in my opinion] he will “clean me out” if I do not remove this from google. This is how this man handles customers. Absolutely despicable service. Purchased a piece of commercial equipment for my restaurant. Was not given any notice or informed that they would only do curbside delivery. Driver was so rude. Offered to pay extra to have them help get it over the large step into the cafe. Called the office and spoke to a manager/owner (not sure which) directly who’s only offer was to take the piece of equipment away! They don’t offer an option to pay extra to bring inside. This should have been mentioned by seller (not courier’s problem) AND the courier so that our female staff this morning would be prepared and able. It’s about to start raining and they are unwilling and refusing to provide any customer service since they’re already paid. I will NEVER recommend or work with K and L again."

"Worst Logistics company in Munster cannot deliver in anything less than 48 hours and tell constant lies. if i could give zero stars I would. Go to anyone else for pallet delivery's a pony and cart would be faster"
"One of our clients left their child's iPad at our Speech and Language therapy clinic in Mallow, they had traveled down from Dublin and only realised they had forgotton it on arriving home. K&L collected it for us that day and the family were able to collect it in Dublin. We are so grateful for the prompt service."
