"Not always a 24 hour service like it’s advertised. Went in the other day around noon and the associate let me know it wouldnt be ready for two days because I was dropping off my clothes late"
"AVOID!!! Would leave zero stars if I could. Ripped my duvet and shouted at me when I questioned him. Would accept no liability whatsoever. I was willing to let it go but he demanded I pay the full amount and at that point starting shouting abuse. It was simply shocking. Completely non professional, he's from a different country and culture where this perhaps is acceptable behaviour. I paid him but felt totally violated by the incident."

"AVOID!! Would leave 0 stars if possible. They shrank 2 of my suits after dry cleaning and refused to accept any liability since I contacted them outside of their "48 hour window". Even though all the paper tags they pinned to both suits are still there, they are saying that they have no guarantee that I haven't used/washed the suits again. Claimed that the suits were of poor quality (they weren't), and that the storage conditions could have damaged the suits (a wardrobe shrinks suits?). Incredibly unprofessional, defensive, and dismissive. Should have known after being told they couldn't remove a "crease" that was part of the design of the suit that was actually sown in. Do not go here - both suits can no longer be worn!!"
