"Dealt with a very unpleasant man on the phone who first said my cab ride couldn't be refunded even though it was many hours before the actual ride when I cancelled it! Which is fully refundable under ther companies terms and conditions. I tried to call numerous times, eventually sent a text and called again. When he picked up the phone he said he will refund my 'poxy' amount and used foul language. A disgrace of an employee. I expect my 'poxy' refund."
