"I purchased a washing machine from this store on Saturday 13th March, was told it would be delivered Monday, no word from them on Monday so I rang on Tuesday and had the machine delivered that afternoon. There was a problem with the machine, door lock wasn't connecting. Rang on Thursday to let them know engineer had been and confirmed there was a fault in the machine. Was told they had to wait for reference number from engineer. Rang again Friday and said I either wanted a washing machine or refund that day, was told to come in and pick a machine. So I went in at 11a.m. and picked a different machine, paid a bit extra, I was told they were going to Tralee but I would have the machine in the afternoon. My house is less than 10 minutes from this store. 5.20 p.m. came and no washing machine. I tried calling but they were closed. Rang on Saturday morning and the owner of the store was basically rude....said "you'll get it when you get it". So I rang M.D. O'Sheas in Killarney, explained my situation, purchased the same machine from them for €20 cheaper and it was delivered within 2 hours. Went back to Woods for a refund and once again the owner was rude, his comment was "there's more to life than a washing machine". I said a phone call would have been nice! Won't be shopping there again, I will go to M.D. O'Shea's in Killarney in future for brilliant customer service!!"
