They answered my queries promptly, I had peace of mind that there was a possibility of returning the chair if it didn't work for me, and the delivery was excellent compared to my experience with other second hand furniture companies. I bought a Mirra 2 which is in excellent condition, was wrapped nicely in a plastic sheet (no dust or other junk to clean off it) and the driver was kind enough to bring it over the annoying car blocking our doorway (sorry :( ) and offered to help me bring it into the house.
