"Bought a set of bunk beds.. When opened the box containing one set of headboards.. It was obvious the box had been opened previously.. And the headboards scuffed. Rang.. No answer.. Went on social media.. Immediate response... Interesting. Profus apologies.. Weeks later.. No replacement.. Rang again today.. Profuse apologies again but.. No headboard replacement until after Christmas.. Though promised would be replaced first week of December.. Not much good to us as we needed the beds.. Now must use damaged headboards and won't darken their doors again.."
"After being left down by another furniture company I was in a pickle and needed a bed asap. Called in, had a fantastic selection, very helpful staff and had the bed out the same day. Price was also reasonable for a excellent quality sturdy bed. Highly recommend. Other stores could learn a thing or 2 about customer service from here."

"Lane bros has beautiful furniture but they're prices are very expensive. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only thing I dislike about the store is the variety of products it should be improved for example they don't sell office desks...But yes, it's a great place to purchase furniture and I would recommend shopping here."
