There is always great craic and fun so its also a great social outlet. Well organised and trainers help with all levels of fitness. Would highly recommend."

"Loving my Nisus experience!! I’ve been an online member since Sep ‘21 & I can’t speak highly enough of the club. I generally do the early morning classes before work, as the times suit me. The trainers are class & the I find the MEP system is a good incentive to get the effort up in those classes, even though I still find myself chasing points at the end of the month. If you’re looking to get fit, without the pressure that comes with your regular gym, give them a call, you won’t be disappointed."
