"I was there today. A young male sales man was very nice and helped us with our baby’s first shoes. Next to us was a blonde sales lady who has cero customer service. On top of that, when we went to pay, that same lady told him a very rude comment “you are actually doing something today”. The guy was so unconfotable after that comment (So I was). Specially because that same lady ignored me for like 20 minutes until the other sales guy finally helped me. Is Managment aware of this issues between employees? they shoudn’t bring their problems in front of the clients…"
