"I had high expectations for my English course, which I have not yet completed. However, I feel really disappointed. Most of the teachers are good and the staff is helpful, but the institution itself seems to be more focused on selling courses and overloading classrooms with too many students. As a result, there is a shortage of teachers, and the common areas, such as toilets and the canteen, are small and of poor quality, making it difficult for a large number of students to use them. Additionally, there is no parking area for bikes or scooters, which is another inconvenience. The institution does not seem to invest in improving the quality of its facilities."
